With over 30 years of experience and expertise in land use issues and real estate sales, Scribe has successfully launched such groundbreaking communities as Mounta Woodson in Ramona (for Bill Davidson), Santaluz (for DMB) and Del Sur (for Black Mountain Ranch) in north San Diego.
New home builders such as Davidson Communities and Shea Homes San Diego continue to rely on Scribe to increase consumer awareness and boost traffic through publicity and media relations. Scribe also handles ongoing media relations for Chelsea Investment Corp., the 11th largest developer of affordable housing in the nation, and Douglas Wilson Companies, whose longtime receivership and real estate services platforms just expanded to include senior housing development.
Architects Lew Dominy, and the late Dave Lorimer and late Larry Case have partnered with Scribe to showcase their design talents and problem solving abilities through the media.
When commercial development migrated north from downtown San Diego in the late 1980s, developers in the Golden Triangle banded together to fund a multi-year PR campaign. Supervised by the Greater San Diego Chamber of Commerce North City office, Scribe helped establish the Golden Triangle as a Class A destination for commercial, retail and residential use through a local and regional media relations program.
In Yuma, Arizona, Scribe coordinated the grand opening of the $30 million Phase I, a 150-room Hilton Garden Inn and 20,000-square-foot Riverfront Conference Center, built by La Jolla-based C.W. Clark, Inc.
